Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No refunds

All payments for Dukandaree Pro are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made, it is final and we do not issue refunds, in whole or in part, under any circumstances. This includes (without limitation) refunds requested for:

• change of mind, dissatisfaction, or no longer needing the Service;
• unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation;
• accidental, duplicate, or unintended purchases;
• not using, or under-using, the Pro features during a paid period;
• letting the Pro plan lapse back to read-only access.

2. Subscriptions do not auto-renew

Pro is billed as a one-time payment for each period (monthly or yearly). We do not store your card or automatically charge you again. Your Pro access simply ends when the paid period expires unless you choose to renew it yourself. Because nothing renews automatically, there are no unexpected charges to refund.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro plan at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation stops any future renewal. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account becomes read-only (you can still view your data, but not add or edit until you subscribe again). Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of any kind for the remaining or unused portion of the period.

4. Failed or incomplete payments

If a payment fails or is declined, you are not charged and no subscription is created. If your payment succeeds but Pro is not activated on your account because of a technical error on our side, contact us and we will activate the subscription you paid for. This is the delivery of the service you purchased — it is not a refund.

5. Pricing

Pro is offered at the prices shown on the Billing page at the time of purchase (currently ₹299 per month or ₹2,990 per year). New accounts get a free trial with full access before any payment is required.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change applies only to purchases made after the change takes effect; it does not entitle you to a refund of earlier payments.
