1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Dukandaree (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a firm or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, scrape or interfere with the Service, or upload content you do not have the right to share.

5. Your data

The deals, ledgers, parties and other records you create remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and back up that data for the sole purpose of operating the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Fees and subscriptions

Fees, if any, will be disclosed before you are charged. Paid plans renew on the cycle you choose unless cancelled. We may change pricing on prospective renewals with reasonable notice.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to perform maintenance, upgrades or temporarily suspend the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Dukandaree. You may not copy, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dukandaree is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our registered office.
